Our Story

A proper local, right on the water's edge

Biffy's Bar & Restaurant sits right on Milford Waterfront — inside the old Cosalt Ship Chandler's building, dating all the way back to 1907. You can still see the date carved at the top of the building today.

We took over in January 2026 and put our own stamp on the place — rock music on, Welsh craft beers cold, and everything cooked fresh from scratch. Whether it's a lazy Sunday lunch, a Friday night Rock Night with a Burger & Pint, or just a pint on the terrace with the dog — you're always welcome here.
